Right above a Mexican restaurant with a fun bar, for some reason was surrounded by Indian restaurants, but was within easy walking distance of a handful of local dining spots. Balcony was nice, and room matched the cities vibes. A small town so everything was within walking distance and staff was very nice.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance from train station and to shopping. Expedia stated there was a buffet breakfast for a fee but nothing was not offered. Lack of breakfast dining in area. Coop store had items but rooms had no refrigeration. They did have coffee in room and a microwave and hot pot you could use in storage room. But lack of a refrigerator was a bummer. I'm not a fan of open showers that drain on bathroom floor as it makes a mess but it worked and was clean.

Would not recommend this place Toilet and shower were remodeled in the same closet size space. No AC, afraid to open window as this neighbor was full of unsavory looking folks. Restaurants in the area were mostly middle eastern, Indian, or oriental personal preference but were dirty. Photo on file doesn’t represent what you get. No elevator.

Succeeded my expectations. Paul and Jessica at the front desk were great. I enjoyed the daily housekeeping which is rare in the US. You can set base here in Interlacken. I did not go to the Mexican restaurant but it was busy and looked fun. Great option for groups of young adults but be mindful of the noise if you’re a solo travel. Thank you again Hotel Blume.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The lady at the reception was very friendly, gave lots of suggestions for activities as well as food in the area and transportation. Disappointed with the Stay, but Location Was Convenient We stayed at Hotel Blume expecting a comfortable and convenient experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations in several key areas. First, Expedia listed breakfast as available, but no breakfast was actually included, which was misleading. Another major inconvenience was the lack of an attached bathroom—we had to go up and down stairs to access a shared one, which was not mentioned clearly in the listing. The hotel is located next to some bars or other hotels, and the noise at night made it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, there were no staff around to assist with any issues, and room service was practically non-existent—they didn’t show up at all on Sunday. Additionally, the property does not have a washer or dryer, which can be a big drawback for travelers on longer stays. On the positive side, the hotel is well-situated near shops and public transport, which made exploring the area easy. The room had coffee and tea available, but there was no in-room coffee maker—we had to use a shared one, which wasn’t very convenient. Overall, while the location is great, the lack of amenities, poor service, and noisy environment make it hard to recommend this hotel without some serious improvements.
